發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)螺栓應(yīng)變計(jì)檢測(cè)標(biāo)定
螺栓應(yīng)變計(jì)一款用于螺栓軸向應(yīng)變測(cè)試的傳感器。在螺栓的角帽中心打一個(gè)直徑很小的盲孔，在孔內(nèi)安裝埋入式應(yīng)變計(jì)，經(jīng)封膠固化等處理后，放在拉壓力試驗(yàn)機(jī)_上進(jìn)行標(biāo)定，即給出螺栓所受軸向力和軸向應(yīng)變的關(guān)系。
標(biāo)定過(guò)程
標(biāo)定曲線：
經(jīng)過(guò)標(biāo)定以后，既可以得到螺栓軸向應(yīng)變和螺栓軸向力的的關(guān)系，客戶可以將標(biāo)定好的應(yīng)變計(jì)安裝在被測(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)上，加上載荷后通過(guò)應(yīng)變計(jì)采集螺栓的軸向應(yīng)變值，根據(jù)標(biāo)定文件將應(yīng)變換算成螺栓當(dāng)時(shí)所受的軸向力。
